Any patient or family member that would like to request or schedule a palliative care consultation should contact the appropriate service at the numbers listed below.

Inpatient Consultations:

UPMC Presbyterian or UPMC Montefiore hospitals: Call 692-4834 for palliative care inpatient consults.

UPMC Magee Womens: Call Denise Stahl at 412-641-2108 for palliative care inpatient consults.

UPMC Shadyside: Call Medical Ethics and Palliative Care Service at 412-623-3008 for inpatient palliative care consults.

Outpatient Consultations:

Patients with heart and/or lung disease: Call 647-6000 to see Dr. Winifred Teuteberg in the outpatient clinic.

Patients with cancer: Call 623-3395 to speak to Lorraine Gregorius, RN to schedule an appointment with Dr. Linda King or Dr. Gordon Wood.

Patients with breast or gynecological cancer being treated at UPMC Magee: Call Denise Stahl at 412-641-2108 for advice.
